If you have a lot of neighbours you will be able to work on all their farms meaning that your level will go up quickly. Another upside of working on other people’s farms is that the work will be appreciated and they will recommend you to their neighbours. Once this has happened you will have a large network of neighbours and a lot of them will come and work on your farm.
