I am talking about how many p90x workout reviews did you read when you decided which direction to choose? Did you read a Bowflex gyms review? Or is this business of exercise so hands on and kinesthetic we avoid any reading or research into it? I think not. And yet it is your exercise plan and your home gyms, which means that you are the one you have to suit, not me.
