Think less and act more. Stop putting off that difficult job because you’re worried it will be too much for you, or you won’t be able to do it. The more you worry about something you have to do, the less you will want to do it, so just making yourself get started is one of the best ways to stay motivated. You may have all sorts of excuses for mot doing something, but once you make a start you’ll feel so much more motivated to continue. The thing is sometimes trying to figure out how to stay motivated is a bear. But if you take the time to remember that you need to do a few things and do them consistently, you should be fine. The key here to remember is you need to be in the right frame of mind. Frame of mind will do wonders for you and get you where you need to be.
